Chris Kirk

Chris Kirk is a master-level Strength & Conditioning Coach and Health & Wellness Coach dedicated to helping individuals—especially women—build confidence, resilience, and sustainable strength. Her coaching blends movement, breathwork, nutrition, and mindset in a science-backed, client-centered approach.

With a Master’s in Exercise Science and over 15 years of coaching and teaching experience, Chris brings deep expertise in functional strength, mobility, and athletic development. Originally from North Vancouver, BC, she played collegiate basketball at St. Francis Xavier University, where she earned a degree in Kinesiology—igniting her passion for health and performance.

Chris led the Yukon Sport School for nearly a decade, coaching youth and high-performance athletes and shaping her holistic, connection-driven approach to wellness. Now based in San Diego, she coaches in-person and online, guiding clients to feel strong, empowered, and capable in every area of life.
